Fantastic for less than 10 forms to file

Best Part is I do not have to Print/mail. and also, can download recipients PDF copy at no cost. They can do better with instruction. But Pricing and service pretty good.

Customer support called and now satisfied. "I was confused throughout the process. I really still don't know what is happening now. A lot of trial by error and having to stumble on to icons to get me through it. For example. I do not know now if the forms are being sent to the IRS and to the states for each person, or if I am getting them here for our records. I guess you are mailing them to each person on the list and emailing it to them as well. But I really won't know until I get mine. The price was very good but I'm sure that I will have to stumble through it again next year."
